Privacy notice

Last updated: 20 October 2026. This notice describes how toolmarketsaasai handles information when you browse the directory or use an account.

Account data

We store your email address, a password hash, approval status, and saved tools. Passwords are not stored as readable text. Accounts require administrator approval. You can delete a visitor account and its saved collection in account settings.

Cookies and usage

An essential, HTTP-only session cookie keeps you signed in for up to 12 hours. The compare list is stored in your browser session. Outbound clicks are counted by tool and day, without storing visitor IP addresses in click records. Aggregate counts are retained for up to 90 days. Temporary hashed connection identifiers support rate limiting.

Service providers

Hosting and CDN providers may process connection logs under their own retention settings. If enabled, automated content drafting sends public product-page text to an AI API provider. Account passwords and member records are not included in those drafting requests.

Requests and deletion

For access, correction, deletion, or other privacy questions, contact [email protected]. Deleted records may remain in backups until the operator’s backup retention period expires.
